Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made on smartvisionia.com from Smartvisionia (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them.

What you are buying

All products are digital files delivered by download: PDF guides and, where purchased, an editable spreadsheet. No physical goods are shipped. No home improvement, inspection, real estate, appraisal, legal, tax or financial services are included.

Prices and optional offers

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Current prices:

• The Home Seller’s 7 Day Curb Appeal Plan: $27
• Optional add-on at checkout, Smart Seller Budget Tracker + Printable Checklists: $9 (unchecked unless you select it)
• Optional offer after purchase, The Home Seller’s 7 Day Interior Prep Plan: $37
• If you decline that offer, an optional upgrade to The Complete Smart Seller Prep System for an additional $20 (making $47 in total with your first purchase)

Each optional offer is a separate one-time payment that is charged only if you explicitly accept it. Declining never affects delivery of what you already bought. You are never charged twice for the same product.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. If you accept an optional offer with one click, the card you used moments earlier is charged once for that offer, as stated on the button.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, your files are available on your download page and the link is emailed to you. If you do not receive it, contact mr.rodrigo@gmail.com.

License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own home. You may print them for personal use. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.

No guarantee of results

The guides help you decide what to prepare before selling. They contain general information, not professional advice for your specific property or market. Sale price, time on market and buyer behavior depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not promise any particular outcome. For decisions about pricing, safety, structural or legal matters, consult a licensed professional.
