Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads, available immediately after purchase.

Requesting a refund

If you are not satisfied, email mr.rodrigo@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout. Each payment (the guide, the optional add-on and any optional upgrade) can be refunded separately.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. Download access to a refunded product ends when the refund is issued.

Duplicate charges

If you are ever charged twice for the same product, the duplicate is refunded in full automatically. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will correct it.
