Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Smartvisionia collects on smartvisionia.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, billing country/ZIP and what you bought, received from Stripe when you pay.
• Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. If you choose a one-click add-on, Stripe keeps your card on file for that order.
• Technical and advertising data: pages visited, campaign parameters (such as utm_source), Meta advertising identifiers (cookies _fbp and _fbc), Google Analytics cookies (_ga), IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To process payments, deliver your files and send order emails (via Stripe and our email provider, Resend).
• To provide customer support and handle refunds.
• To measure which ads lead to purchases, using the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. Your email is sent to Meta only in hashed form.
• To understand how visitors use the site, using Google Analytics. We do not send your name or email to Google.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Sharing advertising data with Meta may count as “sharing” under some US state privacy laws, such as California’s. You can opt out here. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically. When you opt out, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics do not load and your purchases are not reported to Meta or Google.

Retention

Order records are kept in Stripe for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email mr.rodrigo@gmail.com. We will verify the request using your order email.

Children

Our products are intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
